Social Support Services

OCHD provides Social Support Services to families in our community to reshape the outcomes of emotional distress.

Social Support Services assist with promoting a healthy lifestyle while lowering health risks including:

Emotional, behavioral, and mental health support
Resources for food and clothing supply
Medical resources and medication home delivery services assistance
Assistance to obtain healthcare and financial support benefits
Resources for home care services
Resources for addiction, recovery, and homelessness
Resources for faith-based and Veterans support
Family support services
Public health education and COVID-19-related support including isolation and quarantine accommodation.
