WIC Program Income Eligibility Standards
In applying the income poverty guidelines, consider the income of the family during the past twelve months and the family’s current income to determine which is a better indicator of income.
*Local standards for income eligibility may not be set lower than 100% of the DHHS Income Poverty Guidelines. Local agencies wishing to set standards lower than the 185% must obtain State approval. |
