Childhood Immunizations

Vaccinations for children are available for all residents of Ocean County who meet eligibility requirements.  We do not accept Medicaid, FamilyCare or HMO well care/immunization plans.

The Ocean County Health Department holds immunization clinics each month at the main health center in Toms River and the Northern Ocean Resource Center in Lakewood.

Immunizations for preventable childhood diseases are offered for infants to children age 19 if a senior in high school.  There is a minimal fee charged for immunizations and appointments are necessary.
